Whether your stay with us is brief or more extended, you may want to take advantage of our on-site fitness center. As one of the top hotels near Fresno airport, we have something for fitness enthusiasts and casual exercisers alike in our compact but efficient training space. The Piccadilly Inn Airport fitness center is open 19 hours a day, allowing guests ample time to get a daily workout in. You will need to use your guest room key to access the center.
For Cardio
Cardio workouts are very beneficial, for your mood as well as your health, and may help you enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. Our fitness center includes three elliptical machines, a treadmill, a stair climber, and a stationary bike. These machines can be set to operate at different levels, specific to your needs, allowing guests of all fitness levels to get in a good workout during their stay.
For Strength
While the Piccadilly Inn fitness center does not have a set of free weights or strength-focused machines for guests, there is ample space for a full-body strength workout. Body weight exercises including squats, lunges, and planks can be done at your own pace for an equally challenging workout. Those in the know are already aware of the benefits of this type of exercise—improved balance, core strength, and flexibility.
For Stretching
If yoga is more your speed, feel free to utilize the mats in our fitness center for a relaxing or energizing practice. Experienced and intermediate yogis are encouraged to go all out with their flow, assuming a spontaneous series of positions tailored to their body’s needs. Beginners looking for a refreshing experience while on vacation may still benefit from our mats by streaming an instructional video on their mobile device.
